Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. As a small heritage homestay, each booking is important to us, and we’ve tried to keep our policy fair to both guests and our team:
📅 Standard Cancellations
• 80% refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the check-in date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 13 days before check-in.
• No refund if cancelled within 6 days of check-in or in case of a no-show.

âš A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value is applicable on all refunds to cover platform charges, convenience fees, and processing costs.

🚫 Peak Date Policy
• The standard cancellation policy does not apply during peak periods such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends, or special events.
• All peak date bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
