Jai's Cottage A Charming Hideaway takes special requests – add in the next step!



Check In/ Out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM onward
• Check-out: 11:00am
(Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.)
Jai Cottage is a restored 1968 family home—please treat all furniture, artwork, and decor with care.
• Avoid dragging luggage or furniture across wooden floors to preserve the original structure.
Damage & Liability
• Any damage to property, furnishings, or appliances will be chargeable.
• Jai Cottage is not liable for loss of valuables. Please store them safely.
Environmental Consciousness
• Please help us conserve water and electricity.
• Avoid littering the property or surrounding forest trails.
Noise & Timings
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00AM
• Bonfires and music should conclude by 10PM, unless prior arrangements are made.
Safety & Energy Use
• Do not leave heaters, electric blankets, or appliances unattended.
• Bonfires must only be managed by staff.
No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage, including rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Designated outdoor smoking zones are available. Kindly use ashtrays provided.
Power Backup
In case of a power outage, our inverter system can support the property for up to 5 hours, ensuring basic comfort. Please use heavy appliances like geysers and heaters judiciously during backup hours.
Pets
• Small, well-behaved dogs may be allowed during our pet-friendly trial.
Please confirm in advance with our host before bringing a pet.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Owners must clean up after their pets.
Network & Connectivity
​• Mobile networks generally work fairly well across the property.
Security & Surveillance
• CCTV cameras are installed in the outdoor areas and kitchen for security and safety purposes only.
• No surveillance exists in private guest spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
• Report any accidental damage to the staff immediately.
